At 73 Labs, we want Studiologs users to have a smooth subscription experience.
Please review our refund policy carefully before subscribing.
1. No Free Trial
Studiologs does not offer a free trial. Billing begins immediately upon subscription.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are not automatically issued after payment.
- Requests will be considered only in cases of duplicate payments or verified technical issues that prevent account access.
- No refunds are provided for change of mind, partial months, or unused features.
3. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings.
Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current period.
4. Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued if:
- You violated our Terms of Service.
- The issue arose due to third-party dependencies or your local system/network.
