Welcome to Studiologs, a studio management platform developed and owned by 73 Labs (“we,” “our,” “us”).
By accessing or using Studiologs (“Service”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Use of the Service
You agree to use Studiologs only for lawful business purposes related to studio and session management.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
2. Account & Security
You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all actions taken under your account.
3. Intellectual Property
All software, trademarks, designs, and content within Studiologs are the exclusive property of 73 Labs.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the platform without prior written consent.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Access to Studiologs requires an active subscription.
All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment partners.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
Billing and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
5. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided “as is.” 73 Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use or inability to use the service.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activities.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of Studiologs after such updates means you accept the revised Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Kerala.
